Project Initiation

Projects begin upon written approval and receipt of any required deposit. Clear communication of project details, deadlines, and expectations is essential for timely delivery.

Payments

A 50% deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion or as per the agreed payment schedule. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds, as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

Final design files become the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused designs remain the property of our studio.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project will not be disclosed to third parties.

Timelines

We commit to meeting agreed deadlines, provided there is timely feedback and communication from the client. Delays in feedback or content submission may result in project timeline extensions.

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence but are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or final designs.
